Taj Mahal, is described as the most extravagant monuments ever built for love. It is considered the tourist emblem of India.

Agra Fort was constructed in red sandstone on the banks of the Yamuna River and was founded in 1565. It houses amazing double walls which rise over 20m in height and measure 2.5km in circumference.

Akbar's Mausoleum is made of sandstone and marble. It is the tomb of the greatest of the Mughal emperors.

Jedhangir's Palace is believed to have been built for his son. It was the largest private residence in the fort. The palace displays both Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles.

Shish Mahal or Mirror palace is reputed to have been the harem dressing room with it's walls covered with mirrors.
